Impact and Beneficiaries of the Pitched Solution
Impact measures the results that can be directly attributed to your outcomes. For example, output could be the number of students that completed a specialized training course. The outcome would then be how many of the graduates of that course were able to obtain and retain jobs or start a business because of that specialized training course. The impact could then be measured later in time in any number of ways depending on the specific goals of the project. For instance, the impact could be measured by the number of people with disabilities that became independent and productive members of their community (the program originally targeted unemployed persons with disabilities).
